Mighty Mike's Rolling Bistro & Grill

Mighty Mike’s is owned and operated by Mike and Alexa Jennings. We have over 15 years of experience catering private parties, wedding receptions, graduations, and family celebrations. In December of 2017 we expanded our business with a portable kitchen and became Mighty Mike’s Rolling Bistro & Grill.

As head chef, Mike finds inspiration in southern food traditions ranging from Pork BBQ and Beef Brisket (both smoked in a stainless steel smoker in the backyard, that he built by hand) to Prime Rib, Fried Chicken, Fried Fish, and more! Mike loves to cook, whether it’s dinner for 10 in our backyard or food for one hundred at a family reunion. He loves to share his passion for food with others. He takes pride in what he cooks, and every dish is created with love and a passion for food!

I (Alexa) have a social work background and enjoy talking to people. I schedule events and help people decide what they want, what’s cost effective, and what goes well with the theme of their event. I guess you could say I manage our business! Of course I work in the food unit as well. Mighty Mike’s is registered as a mobile kitchen in Orange County through the Orange County Health Department. We work out of the certified kitchen at the Piedmont Food and Ag Processing Center (PFAP) in Hillsborough, NC.
